Responsibilities:\nSupport the Middleware environment within both BAU operations and the data center migration program.\nParticipate in the preparation, testing and migration of applications to new environments, including configuration, infrastructure and access-related activities.\nCooperate closely with Project Managers, Application, Middleware and Infrastructure teams to coordinate migration tasks, dependencies and resolve blockers.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues across Middleware and application environments, supporting smooth and reliable service operation.\nMonitor availability, performance, stability and resilience of environments supporting high-volume transaction processing.\nWork with infrastructure components such as networking, load balancing and TLS as part of application migration and troubleshooting activities.\nMaintain up-to-date technical documentation in Confluence and effectively communicate technical topics, risks and solutions to local and international stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nPrevious experience as a Middleware Engineer or in a similar role, ideally gained in application or data center migration projects.\nHands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Data Integrator, ORDS and Oracle APEX.\nGood knowledge of BMC Control-M and PL/SQL.\nExperience with scripting and automation using Perl, PowerShell, Shell, Bash and/or Python, as well as tools such as Rundeck and Ansible.\nUnderstanding of availability, performance, monitoring and resilience in semi-real-time and high-volume transaction processing environments.\nGood understanding of infrastructure, networking, load balancing and TLS, combined with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nVery good Polish and English communication skills and the ability to cooperate with technical experts and stakeholders across international
