Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.\nTo support this growth, we are hiring anAccount Manager to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.\nThe role\nWe're looking for an Account Manager to join our Supply crew in Barcelona.\nYou will integrate the Account Management team dedicated to the Croatian market, you will play a key part in growing and strengthening our relationships with Croatia's boat owners - from key accounts to peak-season readiness and revenue optimization, and collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care crew members across teams to deliver a high-quality work.\nIf you're excited about marketplaces, digital business and dynamic environments, you might be exactly who we're looking for.\nWhat floats your boat\nWith the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks:\nBuild and nurture relationships with Croatia's most important fleet owners (including our 114 key-account owners representing over 2,600 displayed boats) to secure availability, pricing quality, calendar accuracy, and fast response times.\n\nDrive activation and conversion by pushing owners toward better response behaviour and faster booking acceptance, while improving listing quality (pictures, descriptions, pricing, extras, cancellation policy).\n\nPrepare the fleet for peak season by making sure owners are ready before June, and by cleaning up inactive or low-quality inventory.\n\nOptimize revenue by focusing on high-value categories (catamarans, sailboats, motor yachts, and strong-performing motorboat operators) and working on commission alignment, pricing consistency, and upsell opportunities.\n\nLead the onboarding of new owners and contribute to key projects such as Instant Booking activation, new verticals acquisition, and optimization of owner tools.\n\nBuild market intelligence on local dynamics across Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Istria and Šibenik, adapting your account management approach depending on product type and region.\n\nWhat you bring aboard\nFull professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a similar commercial/customer-facing role.\n\nA genuine commercial drive with a closing mindset - you know how to be assertive with clients rather than a people-pleaser.\n\nComfort using data and KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, response rate, etc.) to guide your decisions and prioritize your actions.\n\nStructured thinking and clear communication, both written and verbal.\n\nBonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)\nCroatian language skills.\n\nKnowledge of the Croatian boating/tourism market and its key hubs (Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Istria, Šibenik).\n\nThe hiring journey\nA call with Talent Acquisition.\n\nDeep-dive interview with the VP Supply, your future manager.\n\nValidation call with the COO.\n\nWe aim to keep things smooth, transparent, and respectful of your time throughout the process.\nWhat awaits you aboard\nA fast-growing international company with real impact;\n\nRemote work policy: 1 day per week, depending on periods of the year and seniority;\n\n5 additional days off;\n\nExtensive internal training;\n\nLunch vouchers (Cobee);\n\nGym partnerships (Wellhub);\n\nBoat licence offered and exclusive discounts on your next boat trips;\n\nBreakfast every Tuesday morning;\n\nA welcoming office in Barcelona, next to the centrally located Cathedral and just a 20-minute walk from the sea;\n\nTeam-building activities.\n\nContract: Permanent\nReady to join?\nIf this opportunity sounds like your next adventure, hit \"apply to this job\".
