Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.\nTo support this growth, we're hiring a Product Manager, Monetization & Compliance to join our Product team in Barcelona.\nThe role\nWe're looking for a Product Manager with a strong business mindset to own our monetization and compliance roadmap. You will identify and ship the right opportunities to grow our revenue and contribution margin, while keeping the product compliant on tax and invoicing.\nYou'll own the strategy and the priorities, while delivery is run by your squad and its Engineering Manager. You'll work closely with finance, data, legal and operations, with regular exposure to our leadership team, and play a central role in meeting our revenue and margin targets.\nThe Product team at Click&Boat: 4 Product Managers, 1 Head of Product, 1 VP product organized into squads, each dedicated to a specific functional scope.
