The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.\nWhy this role?\nLangfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.\nHowever, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.\nWe want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.\nThe goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.\nWhat you'll do\nRepresent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across the US.\n\nRun live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.\n\nBuild and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.\n\nOrganize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.\n\nPartner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.\n\nTurn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.\n\nYou have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.\n\nYou already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.\n\nYou should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.\n\nYou care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.\n\nYou are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.\n\nA strong plus:\nYou are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.\n\nYou can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.\n\nYou are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.\n\nYou have original opinions that experienced developers value.\n\nPerks\nFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.\n\nHealthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.\n\nEquity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.\n\nTime off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.\n\nA USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.\n\nGlobal Gatherings - We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.\n\nCulture - We All Shape It\nAs part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.\nAre you interested in finding out more about our culture?
