You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.\nEngineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.\nAs Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.\nWhat you will do at Langfuse:\nShape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.\n\nTurn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.\n\nLead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.\n\nWork closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.\n\nAlign founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.\n\nMake the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.\n\nYou will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.\n\nWhat you will not do:\nProject Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.\n\nSlice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.\n\nCommunicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nAn experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.\n\nTechnical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.\n\nYou are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.\n\nStrong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.\n\nPragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.\n\nExcellent written and spoken communication.\n\nDeeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.\n\nExperience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.\n\nPerks\nFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
