The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of database security, networking, and identity management, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of product development from conception to launch.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused features and products.\n\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.\n\nTranslate complex security requirements into clear, concise product specifications and user stories.\n\nPrioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs to optimize for business value and customer satisfaction.\n\nDrive product launch activities, including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and user documentation.\n\nMonitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate on product features based on data and user feedback.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert for security within the organization, providing guidance and insights to various stakeholders.\n\nAbout You:\nMinimum of 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, with a significant focus on security products or features.\n\nProven experience with database security principles and best practices.\n\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and their implications for security.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) topics.\n\nCertifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).\n\nDemonstrated experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies.\n\nSolid background in program management, including planning, execution, and risk management.\n\nPrior experience in security engineering is required.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience securing a data platform, database product, or real-time analytics service.\n\nFamiliarity with ClickHouse or other databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.\n\nExperience supporting BYOC or private deployment models.\n\nBackground working with open source software or developer-focused products.\n\nPerks\nFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
