If you are a doer with a “can\ndo” mentality and a bias for action, we would love to hear from you.\nWhat you will be doing:\nUnderstand the real-time analytics and cloud database markets, competition, and technology trends in depth\n\nEngage with the ClickHouse open-source user community and ClickHouse Cloud customers to understand current and aspirational use cases for ClickHouse core database\n\nDistill and prioritize feature requests and issues into clear priorities for net-new capabilities and improvements\n\nWork with engineering teams to scope and refine approaches to solving customer problems, both in the core database and in ClickHouse Cloud offerings\n\nSet clear measurable goals around customer success, and use data-driven approaches to ensure new capabilities meet customer needs\n\nStay up-to-date on the state of the market and competitive landscape to identify needed features and areas of improvement for ClickHouse that align with the roadmap and general requests received by our community and customers\n\nWork with partners to grow ClickHouse awareness and visibility\n\nWhat you bring along:\nProven experience with database security principles and best practices\n\nKnowledgeable and passionate about data engineering markets - data warehousing, data analytics, security, and observability\n\nStrong vision around where these markets are headed, and what it takes to become a leader in this space\n\nPrevious experience with ClickHouse or a highly related OLAP technology at a deeply technical level\n\nPrevious experience with open-source projects, ideally as a product manager\n\nPassionate about building enterprise capabilities that are powerful yet easy to use\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority\n\nComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving based on business needs\n\nAbility and desire to work with customers or community members, providing technical guidance and support during their POC.\n\nBonus Points for:\nPrevious contributions to open-source projects\n\nEngineering experience, ideally around distributed/cloud systems in C++\n\nExperience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization\n\nPerks\nFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
