This role will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our billing, collections, and downstream revenue reporting as we move towards public-company readiness. You’ll work cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and other Operations teams to build scalable processes and workflows.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn end-to-end invoicing and collections activities for pay-as-you-go and prepaid commit customers.\n\nSupport recurring, and usage-based, billing models across systems for a variety of subscription, invoicing, and payment term configurations.\n\nDrive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations to streamline workflows.\n\nMaintain strong AR health through proactive aging reviews, collections coordination with the sales team, and timely resolution of billing inquiries.\n\nPropose quarter-end write-off recommendations and own AR reporting, including aging analysis, allowance for doubtful accounts, and related GL reconciliations.\n\nSupport monthly accounting close activities, including contract review, usage validation, invoice verification, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics.\n\nSupport external audit requirements and manage PBC requests related to billing operations.\n\nSupport user acceptance testing for new SKU creation, new product launches, pricing models, and business initiatives.\n\nWhat You Bring Along\n3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience at a SaaS or technology company.\n\nExperience with marketplace platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and reports.\n\nExperience with automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.\n\nEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present information clearly.\n\nExperience executing internal controls and documentation to support audit and SOX compliance.\n\nPerks\nFlexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
