In this role, you will work on backend applications that need to be fast and reliable, and you will learn from experienced engineers along the way.\nYou will collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and help build reliable, high-quality software in a collaborative engineering environment.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and maintain backend services, contributing to technical design decisions;\n\nContribute to building scalable, reliable, and distributed backend systems;\n\nWork with Java, Spring, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MySQL to enhance our products, ensuring security, efficiency, and responsiveness;\n\nMaintain and collaborate on internal tools for monitoring, debugging, and optimizing applications;\n\nContribute to the observability, reliability, and fault tolerance of backend services;\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers;\n\nMaintain a strong focus on code quality, security, testing, and software development best practices.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields;\n\nAdvanced/fluent English.\n\nProfessional experience in backend development using Java/JVM;\n\nExperience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot;\n\nExperience with SQL databases, preferably MySQL;\n\nKnowledge of NoSQL/key-value databases such as Redis;\n\nKnowledge of asynchronous messaging technologies such as Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;\n\nKnowledge of microservices and distributed applications;\n\nProblem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting backend applications;\n\nFamiliarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS;\n\nFamiliarity with containerized environments using Docker and/or Kubernetes;\n\nFamiliarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools;\n\nBIG PLUS!\nExperience with Kotlin;\n\nExperience with Reactor;\n\nKnowledge of gRPC/Protobuf;\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures;\n\nExperience working with high-scale distributed systems.\n\nOUR HIRING PROCESS\nWe are committed to ensuring a recruitment process that is fair, objective, consistent, and inclusive.
