We’re investing in the team and the platform, and this is a highly technical role.\nYou’ll design, build and deliver solutions that keep our revenue operations running smoothly, working closely with our Team Lead and Head of Growth Ops, and Salesforce Administrator. But you’ll also be expected to drive your own roadmap, manage competing priorities, and keep things moving without being told. If you want the space to build something world class, this is the place for you.\nWhat you'll do\nLead solution design end to end: discovery, proposal, sign-off, build, delivery\nOwn Outreach.io and its sync with Salesforce\nManage the technical backlog and your own priorities\nPush back when something isn’t the right solution, and propose a better one\nOwn data integrity: you take pride in clean data within everything you do\nYou are a fit if…\nYou want a role that actually challenges you technically\nYou take real ownership, you’re proactive and you’re trusted to keep things moving\nYou want the responsibility for solving complex problems \nIf you want the space to build something world class, this is the place for you.\nWhat we're looking for\nQualifications\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar engineering discipline (strongly preferred)\nSalesforce Administrator certification (essential), and ideally Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification\nExperience\n4-6+ years as a Salesforce Admin in a B2B SaaS environment\nExperience supporting global organisations and designing solutions end to end\nProven ability to manage a technical roadmap and prioritise your workload independently \nExposure to custom objects, flows, validation rules, and data management\nExperience with big tech stacks and multiple integrations (ideally Braze, Outreach.io, or similar)\nComfortable working with APIs;
