Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist who can own client accounts from strategy through execution.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.\nYou'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.\nWhat You'll Own\nClient Strategy & Relationships\nOwn a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact\nLead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps\nPrepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls\nTranslate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients\nBuild strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals\nSolve account issues proactively to support stability and growth\nMeta Campaign Management\nBuild, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking\nManage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables\nMonitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics\nDiagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results\nTest audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance\nContribute to ad copy and campaign messaging\nTracking & Technical Execution\nSet up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events\nConfigure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows\nResolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems\nProactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results\nRequirements\n4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising\nExperience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations\nProven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention\nExperience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills\nPreferred Experience\nFinancial services marketing\nLead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns\nVideo sales letter marketing\nHigh-ticket or considered-purchase funnels\nDirect-response advertising\nHow You Work\nYou take ownership. When something isn't working, you investigate the issue, determine what needs to change, and act.
