The successful candidate should have broader exposure to technology and digital matters, with an interest in areas such as AI, emerging technology, cybersecurity and digital regulation.\n Your experience\nYou will also have the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of cyber security, Data and technology-based transactions including:\nData protection and privacy matters, including complex UK, EU and international data protection issues.\nCross-border data transfers and international data governance.\nPrivacy and data considerations arising from the development and use of AI and other emerging technologies.\nData protection aspects of technology transactions, outsourcing and digital transformation projects.\nCybersecurity and data breach matters, including incident response and regulatory considerations.\nPrivacy and data protection issues arising in corporate transactions, including M&A and due diligence.\nCommercial arrangements involving the collection, use, sharing and exploitation of data.\nAdvising on evolving digital, data and AI regulation and its impact on clients.\n How we will support you\nFrom your first day with us, you will have varied opportunities to continuously grow and development your skills and knowledge.
