You’ll unlock opportunities for clients, across borders, cultures, legal and commercial disciplines.\nJoin us to work with colleagues as one global team - empowering each other to be exceptional and create advantage for our clients.\n Responsibilities\nMaintaining and archiving employee documentation \nCoordinating document flow and ongoing cooperation with employees on HR-related matters \nUpdating data in HR and payroll systems \nSupporting benefits administration \nAssisting in the preparation of summaries, reports, and standard HR documents (e.g. certificates, statements) \nSupporting the monthly settlement of civil law contracts (umowa zlecenie) \nVerifying documents related to employee absences \nSupporting the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks \nParticipating in ongoing team projects and initiatives\n Your experience\nRequirements\nStudent status\nExcellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail\nGood knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)\nEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level\nNice to have\nBasic knowledge of labour law regulations\nFamiliarity with HR and payroll systems\n How we will support you\nFrom your first day with us, you will have varied opportunities to continuously grow and development your skills and knowledge.
