Dan is een student-stage bij onze product group Project Development & Finance dé kans.\nTijdens je stage van twee maanden:\ndraai je volledig mee in de praktijk;\nword je begeleid door een mentor en een buddy;\nwerk je mee aan echte dossiers.\nWerkzaamheden zijn onder meer:\nopstellen van notities, adviezen en correspondentie;\nuitvoeren van juridisch onderzoek;\nbijwonen van besprekingen en zittingen;\nvertalen van juridische stukken.\nDaarnaast kun je deelnemen aan trainingen via de Clifford Chance Academy en aan sociale evenementen binnen kantoor. Zo krijg je een compleet beeld van zowel het werk als de cultuur.\nWat wij bieden:\nstagevergoeding van €1.000 per maand;\nvergoeding van lunchkosten;\nreiskostenvergoeding (OV, 2e klas, voor zover niet gedekt door studentenreisproduct).\nProject Development & Finance\nBinnen deze product group adviseren wij over projectontwikkeling en projectfinanciering in sectoren zoals energie, infrastructuur, natural resources en transport. Je werkt mee aan complexe projecten waarin contractuele afspraken, financieringsstructuren, regulering en risicobeheersing samenkomen.\nOnze werkzaamheden zien onder meer op project- en financieringsdocumentatie, publiek-private samenwerkingen, multi-source financings, risicoverdeling en regulatory vraagstukken. We adviseren sponsors, financiers, overheden, aannemers en investeerders bij greenfield- en brownfieldprojecten, waaronder projecten die bijdragen aan de energietransitie.\nJe werkt vaak samen met collega’s uit onder meer construction, environmental, tax, regulatory en disputes, zodat cliënten vanaf ontwikkeling tot financiering en uitvoering geïntegreerd worden geadviseerd.\n Ben jij ambitieus en initiatiefrijk en wil jij graag werken binnen de top van de internationale advocatuur?
