This role will provide technical leadership across routing, switching, wireless, cloud networking, SD-WAN, and network security technologies while driving infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable network solutions that support CLA's continued growth and transformation.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Lead Network Engineer, you will:\nLead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of CLA's enterprise network infrastructure across office, datacenter, and cloud environments\nProvide technical leadership for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security initiatives.\nAdminister and support Cisco networking technologies including Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, and related platforms.\nDesign and manage enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity solutions.\nSupport and optimize Microsoft Azure networking services, including ExpressRoute, Virtual Networks (VNets), Virtual WAN, DNS, and hybrid cloud connectivity.\nConfigure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP, and QoS.\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain secure network architectures, firewalls, segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.\nLead network modernization, cloud transformation, office integration, and infrastructure lifecycle management projects.\nDevelop and maintain network automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.\nUtilize network monitoring and performance management tools such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, or similar platforms.\nServe as a technical escalation point for complex network incidents, performance issues, and critical outages.\nMentor network engineers and contribute to architectural standards, operational procedures, and network roadmaps.\nEnsure high availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements are met across the enterprise network.\n•Participate in the on-call rotation.\nWhat you will need:\n6 years of relevant experience required\n8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including design, implementation, and support of large-scale multi-site environments preferred\n\nBachelor's degree is required. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree\n\nDegrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.\nOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
