You will be our first dedicated marketing person in the region: the one who shapes how customers see us, tells our story, and brings our brand to life online and at industry events. If you love creating content, bringing ideas to life and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.\nWhere you'll work: based in the United States, ideally near our sites in Deep River, Connecticut or Tucson, Arizona, with remote flexibility. The role covers the US and Mexico, so you'll travel between both countries, mainly around key industry events, and work closely with our teams on each side of the border.\nKey responsibilities\nBrand visibility and digital presence:\nMake Inventec visible and recognized across the US and Mexico, online and offline.\nCreate engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, our website and webshop, in English and Spanish.\nDevelop flyers, presentations and local commercial tools that help our sales team win customers.\nTurn technical expertise into clear, compelling stories with our application engineers.\nFind the platforms and media that give our brand the most impact in each market.\nEvents and trade shows\nCoordinate Inventec's presence at key industry events in the US and Mexico, from booth design and setup to logistics for the team.\nWork with event organizers and suppliers, and promote each event before and after.\nMake sure leads from events are followed up with sales.\nMarket insight\nGather information on customers, competitors and market trends to help sales and marketing make better decisions.\nGlobal alignment\nWork closely with the global marketing team to align local actions with corporate strategy and new product launches.\nBrief and coordinate agencies and suppliers when needed.\nAs the function grows, you will have the opportunity to take on more strategic marketing: segmentation, positioning and the annual marketing plan.\nYour profile\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or a technical field.\nAt least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.\nHands-on experience with events and trade shows, social media and content creation.\nHands-on experience with Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat);
