We partner with an incredible ecosystem of 1,000 impact partners, UN Agencies, and private sector companies.\nAlthough we’re a commercial organisation, you could make a significant impact in driving positive change.\nRole Purpose:\nThe Senior Marketing Manager will contribute to the companies exciting growth and success by planning and executing our marketing activities.\nAbout the Role:\nThis is as much about execution as it is strategy, we’re looking for an all-rounder, who has a proven track record in marketing B2B conferences and events, ideally with direct experience in marketing automation and digital. A deep understanding of climate change policy and sustainability is advantageous.\nKey Responsibilities\nInclude but not limited to:\nSetting up and managing digital campaigns for B2B conferences and events within the climate/sustainability space, including email marketing strategies (with copywriting)\nDrive lead and demand generation initiatives, marketing automation, and social media strategy for the business and our portfolio of events\nMaintain and improve our marketing database\nContent creation and management, including copywriting and creative briefs\nLeadership in this role will include producing analytical and detailed reports to drive commercial decisions, devising strategy, and supporting junior members of the marketing team (through skills training and KPI management)\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate will have the following (essential) qualities:\nExperience managing and executing paid campaigns\nVast experience in marketing execution, with a majority of that experience in B2B conferences and events\nDigital marketing is your specialty, with an understanding of commercial content marketing\nHighly creative approach to get maximum results from small marketing budgets\nDelivery/outcome focused -
