You will act as a thought partner to the Director of All Things People and other People leaders, provide administrative supportand execute department reporting, onboarding, payroll, performance reviewand compliance strategies as well as other critical People Ops functions. You will also consistently support department efforts for efficiency and technology automations. \nWhat You’ll Contribute in This Role: \nPayroll Support - Support the semi-monthly payroll process with document preparation, timecard management, processing and liaison with internal and external partners. \nReporting- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual HR Reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting. \nEmployee Support- Provide tier 1 employee support for incoming requests and inquiries. Continuously grow and expand your knowledge of HR and Bank processes and procedures. Triage incoming requests efficiently. \nStaff Meetings - Own the monthly staff meeting preparation process. \nProject Support - Provide project support as needed to include research, data management and analysis, reporting, presentation preparationand other tasks as assigned. \nPerformance Reviews - Support the annual performance review process through document management, follow-upand acting as a resource for managers and team members in close collaboration with People Ops Leadership.\nCalendar, Fileand Information Management - Own the departmentfiling systems and calendars and ensure that filing is complete, consistentand accurateat all timesand all calendars are consistently updated.
