En tant que stagiaire Data & IA, tu participeras au développement de l'entreprise en optimisant les performances des équipes grâce à l'analyse et la structuration des données clients. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et techniques, et tu auras un impact direct sur les résultats de l'entreprise.

Missions

  • Participer au développement de Climb en rejoignant l'équipe Data & Operations, en travaillant sur les données clients pour optimiser les performances des équipes.
  • Structurer, collecter et analyser des données pour identifier des axes d'amélioration et maximiser la productivité de l'équipe.
  • Étudier et mettre en place de nouveaux outils en autonomie pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de Climb.

Profil recherché

* Etudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur, tu recherches un stage de 6 mois dans la data et l’IA, tu justifies d’une première expérience professionnelle ou entrepreneuriale

* Tu es curieux, tu disposes de très bonnes capacités d’analyse et tu souhaites être responsable de la création et de l’intégration de tes solutions au cœur du business

* Tu maîtrises le langage SQL et Python (ou autre), un large panel d’outils et tu es enthousiaste à l’idée d’en découvrir de nouveaux

* Bonus si : tu as déjà travaillé sur un CRM (Salesforce idéalement)
