We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success. \nAbout The Role\nAs a Sales Operations Manager, you will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This is a pivotal role that supports sales planning, forecasting, reporting, CRM management, and day-to-to operations, while helping to streamline processes and improve the overall sales experience.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.\nManage Clinch's CRM by providing reports, analytics, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer information.\nCoordinate sales meetings, appointments, travel, demonstrations, and other client-related logistics.\nSupport sales representatives throughout the sales cycle, including communication with prospects, clients, and cross-departmental teams.\nEstablish regular cadence of bi-directional lead/pipeline reporting with key marketing team stakeholders as related to growth-oriented sales-marketing initiatives.\nGenerate and process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up.\nCoordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales activities, reporting, and customer needs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve sale processes, organization, and efficiency.\nProvide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.\nRequirements\n2+ years of proven experience in sales operations or a related role within the ad tech industry.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.\nExperience with CRM (i.e., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Project Management tools.
