into the Applicant Tracking System.\nLoads and tracks open roles in the Applicant Tracking System.\nManages the Applicant Tracking system by cleaning and updating the records based on the reporting/metrics requirements.\nProactively identifies and recruits passive job seekers.\nDevelops and retains relationships with candidates and referrals.\nBuilds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses all/any resource needs.\nBuilds strong strategic relationships with hiring managers and teams, handle a diverse set of roles/positions, and able to manage competing priorities.\nMaintain confidentiality of HR information.\nOther TA related projects/tasks as assigned.\nCandidate Profile: \nBachelor’s / Master's degree required or a combination of education, experience, and/or skills with 3-5 years of experience in candidate recruiting.\nExperience working with Agencies and diverse Recruiting partners to identify best fit candidates.\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong recruiting experience within Life Sciences industry is required.\nGood verbal and written language skills in English.\nAbility to be discreet and handle confidential and sensitive information.\nStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.\nAbility to work under tight
