practices.\n\nJob Type: Contract/Freelancing\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).\n\n- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.\n\n- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.\n\n- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Support release validation and ensure application stability across Salesforce releases.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement of the automation framework and QA processes.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).\n\n- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n- Exposure to Agentforce.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce release management.\n\n- Knowledge of automation testing best practices and test lifecycle management.\n\n- Experience working in Agile environments.\n\n- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.\n\n- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience with Salesforce automation frameworks.\n\n- Familiarity with DevOps practices in Salesforce.\n\n- Salesforce certifications
