Success here is measured by sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration across clinical, compliance, audit, and operational teams. You'll guide clinicians, administrators, and leadership teams through the transition from cautious experimentation to confident daily usage - helping organizations operationalize AI in a way that becomes embedded in real clinical and administrative workflows.\nThe role combines project management, workflow consulting, AI configuration, stakeholder leadership, and organizational change management. You'll serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for customers throughout implementation and adoption, working across executives, therapists, compliance leaders, IT stakeholders, and frontline staff while maintaining clarity, momentum, and trust throughout the customer journey.\nWhat You'll Own\nLead implementation end-to-end. Own enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization - project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.\n\nDrive adoption, not just go-live. Guide clinicians and administrators through the shift from cautious experimentation to confident daily usage, measuring success by sustained workflow integration.\n\nManage complex, cross-functional rollouts. Coordinate across clinical, operational, compliance, and technical teams while maintaining alignment and execution momentum.\n\nLead change management. Help skeptical or uncertain users build trust in new AI-driven workflows.\n\nConfigure and consult. Combine hands-on AI configuration with workflow consulting tailored to each customer's clinical and compliance needs.\n\nConnect the operational system. Tie together implementation, training, adoption, support, and workflow optimization into a unified customer experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAdoption-Focused Mindset. You operate effectively in a high-growth startup where priorities shift quickly.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, or clinical operations leadership.\n\nDemonstrated experience owning enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization, with full ownership of project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.\n\nHands-on experience with EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and clinician training.\n\nStrong track record in change management and adoption, particularly with users new to or cautious about a technology.\n\nActive, daily user of AI tools in your own work (LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs).\n\nExcellent communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership and leading clinician training.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBehavioral health, substance use, IDD, or human services experience.\n\nFamiliarity with chart auditing, utilization review, compliance auditing, or quality assurance workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as Joint Commission, CARF, Medicaid requirements, and ASAM Criteria.\n\nHands-on experience with AI-powered documentation tools or ambient listening technologies.\n\nBackground as a behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, psychologist, etc.).\n\nExperience scaling an implementation function in an early-stage SaaS environment.\n\nInterview Process\nInitial screening interview, followed by two on-site interviews focused on clinical workflow understanding, AI fluency, project management, stakeholder leadership, and adoption strategy, and a final conversation with the CEO.
