Reporting to the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing, this highly collaborative, resourceful, and organized professional provides essential coordination and execution support across a wide range of marketing and digital projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with hands-on experience creating and publishing social media content, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to support team priorities. They are eager to learn, grow their marketing skillset, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.\nThe Clinton Foundation Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing and executing external content to advance the reach of the Clinton Foundation’s work and understanding of President Clinton and Secretary Clinton’s lifetime of public service. This team is comprised of writers, marketers, producers, media specialists, content and digital strategists, metrics and data analysts, and creative professionals. \nCore Responsibilities \nSocial Media & Content Production\nSupport the Senior Social Media Manager with the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content across the Foundation’s social media channels\nCollaborate on drafting social media copy and adapting content for platform-specific audiences and formats\nAssist with content planning and editorial calendar management to support organizational priorities and campaigns\nMonitor audience engagement across social platforms and support community management efforts\nTrack and document social media performance metrics, audience insights, and emerging trends\nAssist with photography, videography, and content capture at Foundation events, programs, and other organizational activities\nCoordinate influencer and content creator relationships, including conducting research and developing pitch materials\nDigital Marketing\nSupport the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, web, and other digital channels\nCreative Production Support\nSupport the production of video, podcast, photography, and other creative assets\nAssist with editing, formatting, and optimizing creative content for use across digital platforms\nSupport the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, studio resources, and production files\nAssist with the maintenance, inventory, and general upkeep of studio equipment and production resources\nMinimum Qualifications \nWhat we’re looking for: \nBachelor’s degree required\nAt least 2 years of professional experience in the field required\nPrior experience in social media content production preferred\nSpecialized Knowledge and Skills Needed for Performance of Job:\nThe position affects the public image and reputation of the Foundation and management. They must be highly organized, thorough, accurate; and display good judgment to ensure the best possible representation of the Foundation publicly is required\nStrong proficiency with social media platforms and publishing; experience with creative production tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Bridge, etc. is preferred\nCompensation & Benefits \nOur best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $55K- 60K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This role is eligible for overtime pay. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.
