Through technology and artificial intelligence, we aim to improve the lives of legal professionals while helping expand access to justice.\nWe are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in Law to join our Sales team and support the development of business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or recently graduated legal professional who is interested in developing their career in sales, business development, and LegalTech, within a global leader in legal technology and artificial intelligence.\nKey Responsibilities\nProspect and generate leads using a variety of sources, digital tools, and legal industry databases.\n\nIdentify and qualify business opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile.\n\nSchedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified leads in collaboration with the Account Executive team.\n\nManage and keep prospect information up to date in prospecting and CRM tools.\n\nConduct consistent follow-up on opportunities to support the development of the sales pipeline.\n\nBuild positive and professional relationships with potential customers.\n\nCollaborate with the Sales team to contribute to business growth across the region.\n\nRequirements\nLaw degree or recent Law graduate, with professional experience (required).\n\nGenuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.\n\nPrevious experience as a BDR or SDR (preferred, but not required).\n\nInterest in the LegalTech industry and the application of artificial intelligence in the legal field.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with internet-based and digital tools.\n\nExcellent communication and active listening skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively and manage priorities in an organized manner.\n\nExperience with legal research or legal information platforms (preferred).\n\nUpper-intermediate English proficiency.\n\nWhat you will find here:\nCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
