They create a safe and productive environment for all.\nWhat You'll Work On:\nRoll up your sleeves and deep dive into the technology & code to get things done and help managers & developers better understand what is possible.\n\nLead a growing team focused on Clio's expansion into new international markets.\n\nGuide the technical strategy for innovative projects, including launching Clio's products in new markets around the world.\n\nDirectly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with engineering managers and individual contributors who are in the thick of it every day.\n\nPartner with leadership in Product Management and Product Design to envision, develop, and execute on our product roadmap.\n\nWork closely with the Recruiting/People team to actively recruit and hire top talent to support Clio's ambitious growth plans for its engineering department.\n\nAbout you:\nExperienced engineering leader who's comfortable using spec-driven development, and running autonomous agents to develop, test and push code to production.\n\nProven international SaaS experience, having navigated differing regulatory systems, business practices, and cultural expectations across markets.\n\nAdept at making critical technical decisions to guide your team and ensure the long-term health of the system.\n\nProven track record in scaling services and systems with experience in projects built for scalability.\n\nAdept at managing and mentoring high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and guiding individuals toward professional growth and development.\n\nExperienced in crafting long-term strategies and managing technical roadmaps that pave the way for future growth.\n\nSuccessful running agile organizations at scale, with a sense of urgency to deliver quality software to solve customer problems.\n\nDemonstrated experience in promoting positive culture and diversity throughout a large engineering organization to achieve transformational change.\n\nGrowth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI.\n\nWhat you will find here:\nCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
