With our platform, firms can easily build a CMS that works for each legal department’s unique needs, allowing them to manage more cases with the same resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience.\nWhat you’ll work on:\nLeading Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms, from kickoff through hand-off to support\nGuiding projects through each stage of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, user acceptance testing, and business change\nOwning the commercial success of your projects, including budgets, financial reporting, and profitability\nManaging project plans and timelines, identifying risks early, and solving complex problems as they come up\nManaging resources across a portfolio of projects, from small part-time teams to project teams of 10 or more\nBuilding strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicating proactively to keep projects on track and clients happy\nSupporting clients through business change so users adopt the platform and see value quickly\nPartnering with internal teams to stay current on product features and turn them into best practices for clients\nDriving continuous improvement in how we deliver, working within the Service Delivery engagement process\nWhat you may have:\nProven experience as a Project or Program Manager, delivering projects on time, on budget, and above client expectations, including project financial reporting\nExperience managing projects with Agile methodologies and driving iterative delivery in a fast-moving environment\nStrong change management skills and a passion for helping businesses change through technology\nAn understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software methodologies, and the ability to work closely with technical teams\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to bring together clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nA keen interest in improving your craft by using AI\nWhat you will find here:\nCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
