To enable that experience, our development team strives to optimize our efforts toward performance, reliability, scalability, and a beautiful, intuitive interface.\nA day in the life might look like:\nWork with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions to Clio customers\nWork in an agile environment with our team of full-stack developers across a variety of projects\nLearning new things, and challenging yourself, and honing your craft as a Rails expert\nParticipating in diverse projects and collaborating with multiple engineering teams across the globe\nReview and provide feedback on code, both from within your own team and across all of Clio\nCollaborate with teams across Clio to diagnose, understand, and solve problems, and to build solutions that may span many areas\nTeach and learn from those around you - providing constructive feedback to those around you, and taking on feedback to help grow\nWhat you may have:\n+4 years of experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale using Python.\nThe ability to gain fluency in new technologies quickly and work effectively in an ever-evolving environment that includes distributed teams and customers\nDemonstrated success in mentorship in software development, particularly using an Agile process and with large-scale SaaS products\nA diverse base of knowledge that allows you to help your team solve complex technical problems\nA history of past projects (including notable successes and lessons learned)\nClear communication skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships with fellow Clions and customers\nDemonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI\nWhat you will find here:\nCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
