Most importantly, you’re excited by the chance to shape how some of the world’s top law firms work every day.\nWhat you’ll work on:\nBuild and extend solutions on the Clio Operate platform for top 100 law firms worldwide.\n\nDesign and implement custom integrations, workflow components, and UI elements.\n\nWork across the full stack: C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.\n\nCollaborate with analysts, configurators, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.\n\nCommunicate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.\n\nContribute to internal playbooks, patterns, and best practices to make delivery more consistent and efficient.\n\nWhat you may have:\nA proven track record in hands-on software development, ideally on SaaS platforms at scale.\n\nFront end: JavaScript (vanilla + frameworks like Vue, React, or similar), HTML5, CSS3.\n\nBack end: C# (.NET), SQL Server (including query optimisation).\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience working with complex domains, integrations, and performance-critical systems.\n\nDemonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI\n\nSerious bonus points if you have:\nDeep technical knowledge (e.g. .NET CLR internals, advanced SQL tuning).\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures, event sourcing, or data streaming.\n\nFamiliarity with tools in our ecosystem: Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, Pulumi.\n\nBroad exposure to multiple programming frameworks or languages.\n\nWhat you will find here:\nCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
