Specifically, you'll:\nOwn the full user lifecycle - onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back - through in-app messaging, push, email, and other channels\nDesign and run push notification campaigns that users actually want to open\nDig into behavioural data (DAU/MAU, session length, retention cohorts, funnel drop-offs) to find what's working, what isn't, and what to try next\nRun continuous A/B tests on messaging, UI/UX, and user flows to compound small wins into big ones\nPartner with content, design, and engineering to ship experiences that match what users actually want\nCollaborate with monetisation and growth specialists on promotions, in-app activity, and ad strategies that drive revenue without hurting experience\nKeep a pulse on what's happening in the broader app, CRM, and healthcare/therapy space - and bring fresh ideas back to the team\nWhat We're Looking For Must-haves:\n3+ years in marketing, growth, CRM, or user engagement roles\nHands-on experience with app engagement, lifecycle marketing, or CRM\nStrong analytical chops - you can pull insights from a dashboard and translate them into an experiment plan. Comfort with Looker or similar BI tools\nWorking knowledge of CRM and engagement platforms (Zoho, Firebase, HubSpot, MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar)\nA track record of running A/B tests and acting on the results\nClear communication and the ability to work with product, design, and engineering without friction\nNice-to-haves:\nExperience with B2C digital products, especially subscription-based or hobby/lifestyle categories\nBackground in healthcare, wellness, or therapy products\nFamiliarity with SQL or comfort querying data independently\nWhy this role\nYou'll have real ownership over engagement outcomes, work directly with senior leadership, and see your experiments ship to users quickly.
