Position Overview

Main responsibilities range from presenting the company's vision and products to potential clients, spearheading the implementation and all processes related to it, partnering with the 3D Design & Implementation Team to ensure a successful training and onboarding, as well as analysis of client growth and expansion with clients in Europe and Africa.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Supporting client relationship management by maintaining communication, gathering feedback on unmet needs, and serving as a trusted contact to introduce new solutions and products.
• Contributing to business expansion by identifying and engaging small and mid-sized companies across the apparel and adjacent industries
• Underpinning business expansion by delivering market research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sectors to pinpoint high-potential clients
• Bolstering brand presence and network growth by delivering tailored client presentations, representing CLO at industry events with the Munich team, and helping coordinate strategic exhibitions and conferences
• Supporting the Business Development team by drafting pitch decks, presentations and proposals
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and performance reports, and providing operational support to the Business Development team to facilitate smooth sales processes and successful closings.
• Partnering with the Business Development and legal teams on complex enterprise deals, assisting with discovery, solution scoping, and stakeholder management

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of full-time professional work experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or a corporate client-facing role
• Background in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment, tech sector, or the apparel industry is highly preferred.
• Must speak English; additional languages are valuable
• Profound understanding of a product life cycle and the ecosystems surrounding it
• Professional and proactive work ethic to lead projects to completion

• Must be a European citizen or have a valid and independent working visa for Germany. (CLO does not sponsor visa)
