This is a highly impactful role requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical depth, and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving AI landscape.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain AI-powered skills, plugins, and agentic workflows for enterprise use \nTroubleshoot workflow failures, system issues, and user challenges to ensure reliability and performance \nManage AI system configurations including model access, rate limits, usage policies, and team settings \nSupport prompt engineering initiatives by creating robust system prompts and instructions for real-world usage \nIntegrate and connect tools across multiple ecosystems (including Anthropic and Microsoft environments) \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and implement practical AI solutions \nAdvise stakeholders on AI tool selection and best-fit solutions for specific business problems \nTranslate emerging AI capabilities into scalable and usable enterprise solutions \nOperate in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools, priorities, and use cases\n\nRequired Skills & Tech Stack\n4–7 years of experience in software engineering or AI system development \nProven experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments \nHands-on experience with Claude tools (Chat, Code, Cowork) or similar AI platforms \nStrong experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or equivalent platforms \nStrong prompt engineering expertise for consistent and scalable AI outputs \nSolid understanding of APIs, scripting, debugging, and system integrations \nExperience with agentic architectures or managed AI systems \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems \nExcellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nAbility to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and deliver practical solutions \n\nNice to Have\nExperience with M365 Copilot administration or deployment \nExposure to cybersecurity or GRC environments \nUnderstanding of enterprise AI security and compliance considerations \nExperience evaluating AI deployment strategies in regulated environments \nClaude Certifications \n\nImportant Note for Applicants: After applying, if your resume is shortlisted, you will receive an AI interview invitation via email.
