This is a senior hands-on engineering role expected to contribute to solution design, code quality, complex defect resolution, and reliable delivery.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, extend, and maintain Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions for product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, quote-to-order workflows, and related automation. \nBuild scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, platform configuration, and appropriate declarative capabilities. \nDesign and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs and other approved integration patterns. \nContribute to technical design, solution recommendations, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support as required. \nWork in Git-based source control and CI/CD processes, coordinating closely with the Release Manager for branching, pull requests, deployments, and release readiness. \nCollaborate with Business Analysts and QA Engineers to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are understood and implemented correctly. \nMaintain technical documentation, implementation notes, and other development artifacts required for supportability and handover. \nParticipate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum activities. \nCommunicate technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and anticipated delays promptly. \n\n Required Skills & Experience\n5+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on production Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) implementation and extension experience. \nStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Quote-to-Order processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, and order-related workflows. \nExpertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Salesforce platform configuration, and REST API integrations. \nExperience working in production Salesforce environments with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. \nStrong debugging, design, code-review, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on scalable and maintainable solutions. \nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional collaboration. \n\nCertifications\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required) \nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Strongly Preferred) \nSalesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Strongly Preferred) \n\nImportant Note for Applicants- \nAfter applying, if your resume is shortlisted, you will receive an AI interview invitation via email.
