If you like turning a fresh start into a strong foundation, welcome.\nThe ideal candidate\nYou have accounting or bookkeeping experience, or a strong background from an adjacent field with clear aptitude and enthusiasm for the space\n\nYou can guide clients through a new process with patience and minimal supervision\n\nYou enjoy creating order (checklists, guides, documentation) and catching gaps early\n\nYou’re tech-curious and look for ways to make onboarding faster and simpler\n\nYou build trust through consistency, transparency, and simple explanations\n\n02 | What You’ll Own\nClient Launch\n Great relationships start with a great first month.\nRun onboarding calls and walk new clients through how working with CAS works\n\nMake sure setup and account details are complete and accurate for every client you onboard\n\nWork with our sales and placement teams to flag early concerns that could stop a prospect from moving forward\n\nEarly Success\n Confidence is built in the first months.\nCheck in regularly during the first months and respond to questions promptly\n\nHelp clients see value quickly and build confidence in the partnership\n\nAim for strong client retention once the initial implementation period ends\n\nResources and Insights\n Build the playbooks. Make onboarding repeatable.\nCreate simple guides, videos, and up-to-date documentation that make onboarding easier\n\nCollect client feedback and pain points, and share them with the team to improve our service\n\nDocument best practices and improve internal workflows\n\n03 | What You’ll Bring\nAccounting or bookkeeping experience, or a strong background from an adjacent field with clear aptitude and enthusiasm for the space\n\n2 to 3 years in a customer-facing role such as client services, onboarding, or customer success\n\nClear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply\n\nStrong attention to detail and a client-first mindset\n\nInterest in process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce\n\nOwnership mentality: organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple onboardings at once\n\nComfortable working US business hours (or overlap) from home\n\nPreferred (nice to have):\nExperience creating training content such as guides, videos, or documentation\n\nFamiliarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online\n\n04 | How We Work\nQuality: Checklists, clear notes, and documentation are part of every onboarding\n\nSecurity: Best practices for data privacy, MFA, and least-privilege access, always\n\nCollaboration: Slack and Zoom check-ins, shared task boards, and predictable review cycles\n\n05 | Why CAS Is Different\nWe are not a gig platform.
