Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience and fostering engagement across the studio. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing friendly and efficient support to employees while ensuring smooth and hassle-free processes. From handling day-to-day operational tasks to supporting wider HR initiatives, this is a fantastic opportunity to make meaningful impact in a fast-paced creative environment.\nThis is a full-time position based on site at our studio in Bee Cave, TX.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProcess new hires, employee job changes, maintaining employee information, pull reports, etc. in HRIS system.\nAssists Finance and employees with bi-weekly payroll needs.\nAudits monthly benefit carrier invoices for accuracy and payment.\nSupport the HR department in processing employee benefits including medical, dental, vision changes, FSA, 401(k) enrollment, Leaves, etc.\nActs as first point of contact for general HR-related questions.\nCoordinate with HR Management to ensure successful implementation of open enrollment process.\nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hire process and onboarding is completed.\nProvide administrative support by drafting and updating HR documents and correspondence.\nParticipation with ongoing various HR special projects as needed.\nGenerate offer, status change, promotion and separation letters.\nParticipates in developing HR guidelines and procedures.\nAssist as needed with Employee Relations issues and Performance documents.\nResponsible for the administration of HR Purchase Order process.\nConduct New Hire Orientation.\nPerform general HR administrative tasks and any other delegated duties considered appropriate in line with the role.\nWhat you’ll bring:\n2+ years of HR experience and 1+ years of payroll experience.\nExperienced with MS Office and Excel, JIRA, and Workday a plus.\nHighly organized with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nHighly knowledgeable regarding HR issues including multi-state compliance, privacy, policy research and drafting.\nDemonstrate judgment and always respect the need for confidentiality.\nAnalytical thinking to find solutions, participate in continuous improvement principles.\nTeam player capable of wearing multiple hats and prioritizing.\nSo, if you are an enthusiastic and self-starting HR Coordinator, please apply for this role immediately!\nDiversity Statement\nCIG is a global company, staunchly committed to cultivating a culture and workplace that celebrates all backgrounds, lifestyles, and perspectives.
