scalability, and security for our clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSolution Design and Delivery:\n• Lead architecture and deployment of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX-\nT, and vSAN solutions.\n• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management using\nSDDC Manager / LCM.\n• Architect and manage multi-site DR, stretched clusters, and cross-site\nnetworking (L2/L3).\n• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and\ntranslate them into VMware-based solutions tailored to client needs.\n• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for VMware infrastructures\nto meet operational needs.\nVMware Infrastructure Management:\n• Administer VMware VCF, vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, and VMware vSAN\nenvironments.\n• Implement and manage VMware vRealize Suite for automation, orchestration,\nand monitoring of VMware environments.\nPerformance Optimization & Troubleshooting:\n• Integrate VMware platforms with backup, monitoring, and automation tools\n(Aria Operations, Aria Automation, SRM, Veeam, etc.).\n• Perform root cause analysis for VMware infrastructure performance issues\nand implement corrective actions.\n• Optimize VMware clusters and virtual machines to maximize resource\nutilization and minimize overhead.\n• Monitor and proactively troubleshoot virtualized environments, identifying and\nresolving issues before they impact operations.\nSecurity and Compliance:\n• Implement security best practices including micro-segmentation, certificates,\nRBAC, and compliance hardening.\n• Implement best practices for securing VMware environments, including patch\nmanagement, network segmentation, and user access control.\n• Ensure compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.) by\nfollowing proper security and auditing procedures.\n• Work with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure data protection\nin virtualized environments.\nClient Engagement & Consulting:\n• Engage with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and business\nobjectives, advising on the best VMware solutions.\n• Guide clients through solution deployments, providing expert-level advice and\nbest practices for VMware infrastructure management.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\n• Document solution designs, implementation steps, and operational\nprocedures.\n• Provide clear and comprehensive reporting on the health, performance, and\nsecurity of VMware environments.\n• Maintain and update knowledge repositories and standard operating\nprocedures for VMware-related tasks and processes.\nKey Qualifications:\n• Experience: 5+ years of experience working with VCF(VMware Cloud Foundation), VMware solutions (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, Aria Suite).\n• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing VMware-based\nsolutions in production environments.\n• Experience in delivering solution-based projects from start to finish, with a\nfocus on customer satisfaction and performance.\n• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud integrations\nwith VMware.\nSkills & Competencies:\nTechnical Skills:\n• VMware vSphere (7.x / 8.x), ESXi, vCenter – Expert level\n• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 4.x / 5.x / 9.x)\n• NSX-T Data Center (Networking, Load Balancing, Micro-segmentation)\n• vSAN (Design, Performance tuning, Policy-based management)\n• Familiarity with VMware automation and orchestration tools (e.g., VCF\nAutomation and Orchestrator).\n• FC, iSCSI, NFS\n• Enterprise networking concepts: VLAN, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, L2/L3 designs.\n• Hybrid Cloud: VMware Cloud on AWS / Azure VMware Solution\n• PowerCLI (basic to intermediate)\n• REST APIs, Python (basic to intermediate)\n• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible – basic to intermediate)\nCertifications (Preferred):\n• VMware Cloud Foundation 9 (VCF) Administrator and Architect.\n• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in Data Center Virtualization or Cloud.\n• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) in Data Center Virtualization\nor Cloud Or Network.\n• VMware Cloud Management and Automation certifications (vRealize Suite).\n• Additional certifications in
