This role acts as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable work items that support successful delivery.\nThe Senior Business Analyst focuses on facilitating communication, managing dependencies, and ensuring that delivery teams have the information needed to execute effectively, while maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.\nThis is an active position.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Client Engagement and Stakeholder Collaboration\nServe as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders on requirements, scope clarification, and delivery coordination\nFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement discussions to understand business needs and priorities\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams\nCommunicate requirements, updates, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nEnsure alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines\n2. Requirements Management and Documentation\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in a structured and traceable format\nTranslate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation\nEnsure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with agreed scope and business outcomes\nMaintain traceability between requirements, delivery milestones, and released functionality\nSupport ongoing clarification of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle\n3. Delivery Execution Support\nCollaborate closely with Solution Architects and Technical Teams to ensure requirements are well understood and actionable\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activities\nTrack dependencies, assumptions, and risks that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and validation\nAssist in ensuring readiness for releases, including requirement sign-off and stakeholder communication\n4. Change and Scope Coordination\nSupport impact analysis for changes to requirements, scope, or timelines\nEnsure changes are documented, communicated, and aligned with project objectives\nMonitor scope alignment and escalate potential risks or deviations as needed\nMaintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and requirement updates\n5.
