The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Product Information Management principles and extensive hands-on experience with inRiver PIM platform. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all channels.\nThis is a future opportunity role aimed at building our talent pipeline for upcoming business needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure, customize, and maintain the inRiver PIM platform to meet business requirements.\nDesign and implement data models, structures, and workflows within inRiver.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define PIM solutions.\nImport, export, and manipulate product data within inRiver, ensuring data integrity and quality.\nDevelop and maintain product taxonomy, attributes, and relationships within inRiver.\nTrain and support users on inRiver functionality and best practices.\nTroubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PIM and inRiver platform.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n5 years of experience working with inRiver PIM platform.\nStrong understanding of Product Information Management concepts and methodologies.\nProficiency in configuring and customizing inRiver PIM platform.\nExperience with data modeling, taxonomies, and attribute management within inRiver.\nMust have experience with inRiver APIs and integrations.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification in inRiver PIM.\nExperience integrating inRiver with other systems such as ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.\nKnowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.\nTidal Commerce is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace that is free from harassment and discrimination under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
