The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\nThis is an active position, looking to hire immediately.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnd-to-End Solution Design and Architecture:\nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing e-commerce architectures using platforms like Shopify, Magento, Commercetools, VTEX, or similar.\nCreate architectural blueprints and technical specifications tailored to complex e-commerce ecosystems.\nArchitect and implement ERP and middleware integrations within complex enterprise environments.\nDeliver solution architectures that align technology decisions with the client’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact on customer experience.\nProject Leadership:\nOwn end-to-end technical execution for eCommerce initiatives, leading cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.\nDrive disciplined project execution managing milestones and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget.\nAct as the escalation point for technical decisions and guide teams in applying best practices in integration, scalability, and performance optimization.\nStakeholder Management:\nPartner with clients to align eCommerce technology solutions with strategic business goals and long-term growth objectives.\nCommunicate complex architectural strategies clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, securing alignment and confidence at every stage.\nCollaborate closely with internal leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive execution and effective prioritization across technology initiatives.\nTechnology Leadership and Innovation\nAnticipate and leverage emerging eCommerce technologies and trends to strengthen solution design and delivery.\nAdvise clients and internal teams on platform strategy and innovation opportunities across ecosystems like Shopify, Commercetools, Magento 2, Fluent Commerce, Big Commerce and WooCommerce.\nImplement eCommerce development best practices with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.\nConduct code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to established coding standards and maintain technical excellence.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on e-commerce solutions.\nHands-on experience of at least 3 years with enterprise e-commerce complex structures.\nExperience with Commercetools, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, or similar engines;
