solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and integration with external systems.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers and team members.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed.\n\n- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations.\n\n- Work with Salesforce administrators to ensure that the platform is configured to meet the needs of the business.\n\n- Identify and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing technical solutions and workarounds as needed.\n\n- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.\n\nExperience and Expectations : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce integration patterns.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.\n\n- Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.\n\n- Experience with Agile development methodologies.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.\n\n- Ability to lead design sessions and
