implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.\n\n- Assess risk management and make sure that projects are finished on schedule and to the required quality standards.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring.\n\n- Contribute to RFPs, technical assessments, and providing accurate project estimations, ensuring alignment with client needs and project deadlines.\n\n- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing best practices and industry standards.\n\n- Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment, identifying areas for optimization, improvement, and innovation.\n\n- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and drive continuous learning and development within the team.\n\n- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.\n\n- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.\n\nRequired Qualification : \n\n- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.\n\n- Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.\n\n- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.\n\n- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API etc. with different business systems.\n\n- Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, Git.\n\n- Knowledge in planning and executing seamless data migration processes within Salesforce, encompassing data mapping, transformation, and loading utilizing robust methodologies and tools.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and
