If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.\nWe’re looking for a Solution Consultant to join us in scaling our efforts in the European market for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) - a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS business within Clous Protection by WithSecure. This role will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales teams, working across both pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver value to prospects and customers. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling them to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with the sales team as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle.\nDeliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.\nLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.\nDesign and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit.\nBuild trust with stakeholders by clearly articulating technical capabilities and business value.\nOversee technical onboarding and solution implementation for new customers.\nServe as a trusted advisor through ongoing technical business reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams.\nDrive customer success by ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization.\nWhat are we looking for?\n Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or similar).\n Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments (e.g., networking, cloud platforms, security solutions, APIs). Strong preference for experience with Salesforce.\nBusiness Acumen: Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.\nCommunication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nLanguages: Fluent in English; other languages a plus\nStrong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.\nProven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.\nIf you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry - we’re more interested in your potential and willingness to learn.\nThe salary displayed on this page represents the starting point for the role.
