На этой позиции тебе предстоит:

  • Оперативное устранение инцидентов и решение проблем клиентов
  • Оперативное реагирование на сообщения консоли мониторинга
  • Участие в эксплуатации общесистемных сервисов, в том числе во внедрении и модернизации
  • Планирование и выполнение работ по запросам на изменение, а также регламентных работ направленных на предотвращение угроз деградации/прерывания сервисов
  • Участие в проектах, внедрение, согласование и последующая актуализация эксплуатационной документации
  • Стандартизация решений, подготовка инструкций для первой линии поддержки

Что мы ждем от кандидата:

  • Уровень знаний на уровне Cisco CCNА/CCNP
  • Знаний *nix на продвинутом уровне
  • Знания принципов работы сетей передачи данных, включая динамическую маршрутизацию

Дополнительно:

  • Опыт работы с продуктами виртуализации: VMWare vSphere, VMware NSX
