management.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development.\nHands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications.\nProficiency in RSpec for automated testing and test-driven development.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience with at least one frontend technology: React.js or Angular.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.\nBuild and integrate REST APIs and backend services.\nDeploy and maintain applications on AWS.\nContainerize applications using Docker.\nWrite and maintain automated test cases using RSpec.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries and database operations.\nCollaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.\nTroubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and code quality.\nWork Requirements\nApproximately 10 years of relevant professional
