Lead discovery sessions, whiteboard architectures, deliver compelling product demonstrations, manage complex Proof of Concepts/Values (PoC/PoV), and drive the product adoption from initialadoption to mass rollout stage.\n\nArchitect Zero Trust Solutions: Design tailored solutions that integrate our Enterprise Browser and ZTNA products into the customer's existing security ecosystem (Identity Providers, SIEM, Endpoint Management, etc.).\n\nTrusted Advisor: Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders, from end user computing teams, networkand security architects to CISOs and CIOs. Articulate business value alongside technical superiority.\n\nEvangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent Citrix and Cloud Software Group at industry conferences, webinars, and regional events. Speak authoritatively on market trends surrounding AI security, Enterprise Browsers, SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust.\n\nProduct Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer. Synthesize feedback from the field and work directly with Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing security architecture roles, with a proven track recordof driving the deals with double digit increase in ARR year over year through the product adoption.\n\nDomain Expertise (Zero Trust & Identity): Deep understanding of Enterprise browser, ZTNA, SASE, Software-Defined Perimeters (SDP), and legacy VPN replacements. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Active Directory, Okta, Ping).Domain knowledge of VDI as well is preferred\n\nDomain Expertise (Web & Data Security): Familiarity with web security concepts, Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and browser-based security mechanisms.\n\nNetworking Fundamentals: Advanced knowledge of L3-L7 networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS interception, and routing.\n\nGood understanding of Agentic AI, MCP, AI gateways, agentic identity etc will be a bonus\n\nCommunication Skills: Elite presentation and whiteboarding skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for non-technical executives.\n\nProblem-Solving: Hands-on technical ability to troubleshoot complex network and security environments during PoV deployments.\n\nLanguage skills: The ability to speak in local language and other European languages is preferred\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreviousexperience specifically selling Enterprise Browser solutions or advanced ZTNA, SSEsolutions (e.g., Citrix Secure Private Access).\n\nIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCIE, or equivalent cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nFamiliarity with endpoint management and security tools (MDM, UEM, EDR/XDR).\n\nScripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, REST APIs) to assistin custom integrations during PoVsis an added bonus\n\nAbility to use AI tools for better productivity and compete analysis\n\nInnovative mindset on solving AI security challenges is preferred\n\nCitrix, as part of Cloud Software Group Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
