Serving as a key subject matter expert, you will leverage data-driven insights to ensure our compensation structures remain market-competitive, internally equitable, and compliant across all operating regions.\nResponsibilities\nExecution of the annual compensation planning processes (LTI, merit, promotions, and bonus payouts), including data validation, communication, and preparation of executive presentation materials.\n\nConduct comprehensive market analysis, utilizing compensation surveys and internal data to determine competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and total rewards packages across various roles and geographies.\n\nParticipate in annual and ad-hoc salary surveys. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments, including salary ranges.\n\nPartner with the team in the maintenance and updates of job family structures and job leveling to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization. Maintain job profiles and related data in Workday.\n\nEnsure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, local, and international regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws, GDPR, global tax requirements).\n\nConduct internal audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work closely with external third-party administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.\n\nPrepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations on compensation metrics for People Operations leadership and executive management.\n\nContinuously identify opportunities to automate compensation workflows, refine data models, and optimize tools.\n\nAct as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to global our Compensation and Equity programs.\n\nSupport M&A activities.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field\n\n5+ years of progressive experience in corporate compensation, with a proven track record in global environments\n\nProficiency in Workday HCM and advanced Excel is required\n\nExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\n\nComfortable taking ownership and navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbout Us:\nCloud Software Group is one of the world’s largest cloud solution providers, serving more than 100 million users around the globe.
