elimination of manual toil by building fully automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing complete Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and delivering self-service tooling that empowers developers.\n\nEnsure system reliability and resilience through comprehensive observability, well-defined disaster recovery strategies (RTO/RPO), and continuous improvement via incident analysis and automated remediation.\n\nMaintain a modern, secure technology stack by implementing repeatable upgrade frameworks, validating changes in production-like environments, and executing zero-downtime deployments using advanced release strategies.\n\nEstablish deployment standards and the “Golden Path,” embed DevSecOps best practices into all workflows, and mentor teams through strong documentation and knowledge sharing.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.\n\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).\n\nDeep knowledge of CI/CD systems and automation frameworks.\n\nHands-on experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).\n\nProven experience implementing observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing).\n\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nExperience with security best practices in cloud-native
