You will work across different customer environments, participate in technical discovery, implement infrastructure changes and support migrations from initial assessment through implementation and cutover.\nThe role is primarily remote, with occasional business travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad during selected project phases.\nAt cloudatus, you will:\nParticipate in international IT infrastructure migration, transformation and carve-out projects.\n\nAnalyze existing customer infrastructure environments, architectures and technical dependencies.\n\nTake part in technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer IT teams.\n\nDesign, configure and implement infrastructure changes required for migrations and transformations.\n\nBuild, configure and migrate Windows Server environments and core Microsoft infrastructure services.\n\nWork with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services and Certificate Services.\n\nSupport infrastructure separation, consolidation and migration between existing and newly created IT environments.\n\nConfigure and manage virtualization environments based on VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox.\n\nParticipate in server, application, file services and database migration activities.\n\nWork with backup, storage and monitoring solutions during infrastructure transformation projects.\n\nSupport migrations between on-premises, hybrid and Microsoft Azure environments.\n\nParticipate in migration and cutover activities, including implementation, testing, troubleshooting and validation.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and potential migration blockers, proposing practical solutions.\n\nCooperate with network, cloud, security and other engineering teams during complex transformation projects.\n\nCreate and maintain infrastructure diagrams, technical documentation, migration procedures and handover materials.\n\nWork directly with international customers, vendors and technical stakeholders, including on-site project activities when required.\n\nRequired technical and professional expertise:\nVery good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services and Certificate Services.\n\nPractical experience in configuration and management of at least one virtualization platform (VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox).\n\nHands-on experience with backup and monitoring solutions in enterprise infrastructure environments.\n\nPractical experience with server, application and/or database migrations.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.\n\nGood understanding of infrastructure dependencies across servers, storage, virtualization, networking and applications.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to solving technical problems.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of technical activities and adapt to different customer environments.\n\nGood communication skills and confidence in working directly with customer technical teams.\n\nWillingness to travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad when required by the project.\n\nEnglish language skills at minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with international customers and technical teams.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in IT infrastructure migration, transformation or carve-out projects.\n\nPractical experience with Active Directory migrations, domain separation or consolidation.\n\nExperience migrating workloads between on-premises environments, data centers and Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience with VMware and/or Hyper-V migrations.\n\nKnowledge of backup platform migrations, infrastructure redesign or disaster recovery solutions.\n\nExperience with storage and file server migrations.\n\nFamiliarity with Linux-based operating systems.\n\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.\n\nExperience working with multi-site or international enterprise infrastructure environments.\n\nParticipation in technical workshops, implementation projects or customer-facing migration activities.\n\nRelevant Microsoft, VMware or infrastructure certifications\n\nTech
