You will work closely with customers, project teams, technical specialists, distributors and Microsoft partners to ensure that commercial processes run accurately and efficiently.\nThis is not a cold-calling or new-business acquisition role. The focus is on supporting and developing existing customer relationships, managing partner programs and maintaining control over licensing, purchasing and billing processes.\nYour responsibilities\nManage the procurement of IT hardware, components and software licenses for customer projects and existing accounts.\n\nRequest and compare quotations from distributors and vendors and negotiate pricing, availability and commercial terms.\n\nWork with project managers and technical teams to translate customer requirements into appropriate hardware and licensing solutions.\n\nPrepare customer quotations, calculate margins and process sales and purchase orders.\n\nCoordinate deliveries, lead times, returns, warranty requests and order discrepancies.\n\nManage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions, including new orders, quantity changes, renewals and cancellations.\n\nMaintain accurate licensing records, commitment periods, subscription quantities and renewal dates.\n\nSupport cloudatus’ Microsoft CSP activities and work with distributor portals and Microsoft Partner Center.\n\nMonitor Partner Program requirements, benefits and renewal deadlines.\n\nCoordinate customer invoicing and work with Finance to reconcile supplier charges, licensing data and customer billing.\n\nProactively identify upcoming renewals, licensing optimisation opportunities and additional customer needs.\n\nMaintain accurate data in our ERP/CRM system and help improve purchasing, quotation and billing processes.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years of relevant professional experience in IT procurement, software licensing, inside sales, sales operations or a similar commercial role within an IT company, reseller or distributor.\n\nHands-on knowledge of Microsoft licensing, particularly Microsoft 365 and subscription-based licensing models.\n\nExperience coordinating customer invoicing and ensuring that billing data, orders and supplier charges are accurate.\n\nEnglish at minimum B2 level.\n\nYou’ll need this too:\nPractical experience with IT hardware procurement and working with distributors and vendors.\n\nExperience preparing customer quotations, comparing offers, working with pricing and coordinating orders.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Excel and hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with pricing, licenses, quantities, renewals and invoices.\n\nA structured and independent working style with the ability to manage several requests at the same time.\n\nStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.\n\nBonus points if you have:\nGerman language skills.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and its commercial/licensing models.\n\nExperience with Odoo or a similar ERP system.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP and NCE subscriptions.\n\nKnowledge of ALSO Marketplace or other distributor marketplaces.\n\nWhat we offer\nB2B or employment contract \n\nIndustry leading healthcare and comprehensive medical coverage (Luxmed, Multisport) \n\nOpportunities to enhance your qualifications (MS certifications, Udemy courses, etc.) \n\nCustomizable 1-on-1 English or German lessons \n\nModern computer equipment \n\nOpportunities to network and connect (get-togethers, team-building events) \n\nEmployee referral programme \n\nFlexible working schedule \n\nHelp us ensure that our customers get the right technology, licenses and commercial support — at the right time and on the right terms.\nInterested?
