solving complex IT challenges.\nAs an Intune & Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will join our Professional Services team, delivering international IT infrastructure migrations, transformations and carve-out projects.\nThis is a project-focused role, where you will work across different customer environments, build and configure Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions, and support migrations from initial discovery through implementation and cutover.\nUnlike traditional administration roles, this position focuses primarily on project delivery rather than day-to-day environment maintenance.\nThe role is primarily remote, with occasional business travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad during selected project phases.\nAt cloudatus, you will:\nParticipate in international IT infrastructure migration, transformation and carve-out projects.\n\nAnalyze existing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Modern Workplace environments, identifying technical dependencies and migration requirements.\n\nTake part in technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer IT teams.\n\nBuild, configure and implement Microsoft 365 tenants and Modern Workplace environments.\n\nConfigure and manage Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment.\n\nImplement Windows Autopilot for large-scale device provisioning, deployment and migration.\n\nSupport endpoint migrations between existing and newly created IT environments.\n\nConfigure and migrate Microsoft Entra ID, identities and access configurations.\n\nParticipate in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and on-premises-to-cloud migrations.\n\nSupport migrations of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.\n\nPrepare, test and deploy application packages and security configurations through Intune.\n\nUse PowerShell scripting to automate configuration, deployment and migration activities.\n\nParticipate in migration and cutover activities, including implementation, testing, troubleshooting and validation.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and potential migration blockers, proposing practical solutions.\n\nCooperate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security and other engineering teams during complex transformation projects.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, migration procedures and handover materials.\n\nWork directly with international customers, vendors and technical stakeholders, including on-site project activities when required.\n\nRequired technical and professional expertise:\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.\n\nPractical experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning or migration.\n\nExperience with application packaging and deployment through Intune.\n\nGood understanding of identity and access management, device compliance and endpoint security.\n\nExperience working with hybrid and cloud-only Microsoft environments.\n\nPractical knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.\n\nGood understanding of technical dependencies between identities, endpoints, applications and Microsoft 365 services.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to solving technical problems.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of technical activities and adapt to different customer environments.\n\nGood communication skills and confidence in working directly with customer technical teams.\n\nWillingness to travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad when required by the project.\n\nEnglish language skills at minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with international customers and technical teams.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in Microsoft 365 migration, transformation or IT carve-out projects.\n\nPractical experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.\n\nExperience migrating users, identities and endpoints between organizations or Microsoft 365 tenants.\n\nExperience with Exchange Online mailbox migrations and migration of Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.\n\nHands-on experience with migration tools such as Quest, ShareGate or BitTitan.\n\nExperience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID migrations, synchronization and hybrid identity environments.\n\nKnowledge of Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 security configurations.\n\nExperience building and configuring new Microsoft 365 tenants from scratch.\n\nExperience with large-scale endpoint migrations and Windows Autopilot deployments.\n\nExperience working with multi-site or international enterprise environments.\n\nParticipation in technical workshops, implementation projects or customer-facing migration activities.\n\nRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102, MS-102, SC-300).\n\nGerman language skills.\n\nBenefits:\nB2B
